Wesley delivered trailer this morning around 8:30 am safe and sound. We will have to clean it up a bit but of course that is to be expected 2,200 miles of bad weather. He kept in constant touch. We were pleased with him, very polite and professional.

All is well, we got the camper home with no issues, the truck pulled it great the wind at times gave me a sick feeling. We already have our first camping trip scheduled one week from Friday at Friendship Village in Bedford.

It was very nice dealing with you and all the great people at Clem’s. I didn’t tell you this, but you and Brian where the only sales persons to approach us at the show, Jane and I looked at each venders product and walked in almost every camper but you guys where the only ones that came up and asked if we needed help and or information about the campers.

On March 17 we were there and picked out an awesome Forest River V-Cross and the help we received from Mike, Steve and Ted was wonderful. Ted talked to another employee and they went extra mile and delivered our new trailer over the holiday weekend. Ted worked with us and helped us get a better finance rate on the purchase. On March 31st we did a walk thru with Ryan and he explained to my husband what all the buttons are for. We are very pleased with Clems' and its employees. Keep up the great work.

I just wanted to let you know that we made it home safely. I was surprised by how well the trailer followed the car. I have to use a weight distribution sway control system to get my Coleman pop-up to tow as good as the TrailManor did without it. Thanks for your help.
