Phoenix American provides service contract coverage that not only protect and care for your RV, but also includes special benefits that make your RV'ing experience easier and hassle free. Phoenix American Benefits The deductable does not apply to these benefits. Rental Car Reimbursement (Motor Home Only) If your vehicle is in the shop for a covered repair - we provide up to $50 a day for up to 7 days for a rental vehicle to keep you on the road. Travel Expense Reimbursement If you have a breakdown, which is covered by this contract, that requires a repair facility to keep your vehicle overnight and you are more than 100 miles from your home - we provide up to $125 a day for up to 3 days for your restaurant meals and hotel/motel expenses. Towing/Road Service Coverage If your vehicle needs to be towed to the nearest repair facility of the repair facility has to make an on the road service call for a covered repair, we provide up to $500 for a motor home and up to $300 for a Towable for these expenses. Service Call Coverage If you are set up in a park or campground and you have a breakdown that is covered - we provide up to $100 for a service call so you may not have to unhook and go to the repair facility. 24 Hour Roadside Assistance If you happen to have the misfortune of a flat tire, a dead battery, running out of gas, getting stuck or even locking yourself outside of your vehicle - we provide up to $50 to help cover these expenses.   Additional Features Zero Deductible The Phoenix American service contract comes standard with a zero deductible at Clem's RV & Trailer Sales, and as an option that can be extended to any repair facility in the United Sates. ONLY ONE DEDUCTIBLE APPLIES PER VISIT Direct Payment of Claims If you are on the road and have covered repair performed at any licensed repair facility - we will pay the repair facility directly or by credit card if necessary and you pay only the deductible. WE PAY FOR COVERED PARTS AND LABOR Cross Country Protection If you have covered a breakdown anywhere in the United States or Canada - you are completely protected with Phoenix American. Protection May Be Transferred If you decide you want to sell your RV - you may transfer this valuable protection to a new owner to increase the resale value of your RV. There are items that have their own warranties, such as, tires, wheels and batteries. There are items that are the responsibility of the Manufacturer of your RV and in your owner's manual there are items that are your responsibility. All other items that are listed below are covered by others. All wood, fabric, plastic walls and panels Audiovisual components Batteries Brake drums and rotors Bumpers and bright metal Carburetors Cellular telephones Drive belts Exhaust system (except manifolds) Glass and lenses Hoses (except steering, A/C and coach hydraulic) Light bulbs and sealed beams Manual clutch assembly Metal supports (except frame) Moldings, trim and weather strips Nuts, bolts and fasteners Paint Parts or components other than factory installed or factory approved dealer installed Passive restraint systems Physical damage Rust/corrosion Shock absorbers and strut cartridges Throttle body assembly (except injectors) Tires, wheels, wheel trim and hubcaps Upholstery All maintenance services and parts described in the Vehicle Manufacturer's Maintenance Schedule and other normal maintenance parts and services including: engine tune-up, alignment, wheel balancing and rotation, filters, fluids and lubricants, spark or glow plugs and any brake friction materials.
