Hello George,
I just wanted to let you know that we made it home safely. I was surprised by how well the trailer followed the car. I have to use a weight distribution sway control system to get my Coleman pop-up to tow as good as the TrailManor did without it. Thanks for your help. If we ever get asked about a place to find a trailer, we will refer friends to you.

Just wanted to drop you a note of thanks. Ed showed up on time, was neat in appearance and in his work. He approached each problem and worked efficiently until each task was completed. He was very knowledgeable about the trailer and was helpful in explaining things that were new to me.
