We walked Into Clem's to just "look" but that didn't happen! We fell in love with out new trailer. Thank you Brian for walking around back an forth in an out of trailers on a 90 degree day! We are very

Thought I would let you know that I just returned from volunteering in the Great Smoky Mountains. I lived for almost 7 weeks in the new Coachman Catalina that we purchased from you in January. I am very happy to tell you everything in the camper worked great and it was very comfortable to stay in for all that time. It definitely was a good purchase. Thank You.

Our recent experience at Clem's has been a nothing short of excellent. It has been one of the best experiences we've had in buying any vehicle.
Wayne was patient and kind and answered all of our questions. Clem's understands that purchasing an RV or travel trailer is a big decision. After we left and picked out the trailer we wanted, Wayne was on top of every question EVEN ON HIS DAY OFF! The way we were treated during the entire process was absolutely perfect. I didn't even attempt to haggle at the price because I felt it was the best deal for both of us. I felt the price they gave me was their best.
I've called the service department twice for general questions and they have been nothing but kind. They were able to answer all of my questions.
I wish more dealers were like Clem's. It's hard to find top notch businesses these days like them. I believe customer service is the foundation for the success of any business; and they sure have that figured out! We have an RV dealer two miles from our house, but instead traveled over 1.5 hours to buy from Clem's.
We will go continue to trust Clem's for all of our camping needs!
Thanks and keep up the good work!

All is well, we got the camper home with no issues, the truck pulled it great the wind at times gave me a sick feeling. We already have our first camping trip scheduled one week from Friday at Friendship Village in Bedford.
It was very nice dealing with you and all the great people at Clem’s. I didn’t tell you this, but you and Brian where the only sales persons to approach us at the show, Jane and I looked at each venders product and walked in almost every camper but you guys where the only ones that came up and asked if we needed help and or information about the campers.
Very Nice Job.

We wanted to congratulate you on the dedicated employees you have and thank two of them for going above and beyond the call of duty.
On Saturday, April 12, our family set out, pulling our camper, headed for a mission trip to West Virginia. Although my husband had given the pickup and camper a thorough going-over before we left, by the time we reached the end of our road, the camper's brakes had stopped working.
My husband's preliminary attempts to fix the problem were unsuccessful, so we headed straight for Clem's. One employee came out and ran some tests and suggested a replacement part we needed. We purchased it and then drove over to Trader Horn to buy the materials needed to install it. At 2:55 p.m., we realized that the new part did not solve the problem, so we raced back over to Clem's knowing that you closed at 3.
Two employees, whose names we unfortunately can't recall, were kind enough to stay and help diagnose the real problem. Even though they couldn't perform the actual repairs because it would've taken too long, their help was invaluable in figuring out the problem. Back we went to Trader Horn for more supplies to correct the situation.
We thought those two kind employees might be interested to hear what Paul Harvey would call "the rest of the story."
My husband took a wild guess at how much wiring he would need at Trader Horn and requested 20 feet. The employee decided to throw in "a little extra." When my husband jury-rigged the camper brakes, he needed exactly 20 feet, but we kept the leftover wiring in the truck with us. Thankfully, the brakes worked perfectly the whole trip and we arrived safely at our destination, albeit 3 1/2 hours later than we'd planned.
As we got acquainted with the missionaries we were going to help, they asked what line of work my husband is in. When he said he works in the heating and air-conditioning industry, they both got very excited and asked if he'd take a look at the furnace in their community center, which hadn't worked all winter. Incredibly, the very thing that my husband needed to diagnose the furnace problem was that little bit of extra wiring left over from fixing the camper brakes! In order for you to understand what a huge blessing it was for us to have that wiring with us, you must grasp how remote of an area we were in. There was no cell phone service for 15 miles. The kids there ride the school bus for 1 1/2 hours. The nearest pizza place is 45 minutes away. It wasn't like we could just pop over to a hardware store and buy that wiring. Happily, that same wiring enabled my husband to jury-rig the furnace (which meant we had heat to take our showers!) until the new part arrived and he was able to fix it permanently.
As you can see, what originally looked like a potential trip-ending situation turned out to be a blessing in disguise. And we are grateful for the part your employees played in our successful mission trip.

We want to thank you for the wonderful photo mouse pad you made for us. What a great gift!! I'm sure that as we build family memories with the trailer, we'll look at that mouse pad with a smile and laugh recalling all the effort we put into buying this trailer and the gamut of emotions (excitement, disappointment, frustration, happiness and back to excitement) we experienced. It had all the elements of a made for TV drama. We were so excited on Friday to finally pick up our trailer and bring it home. We spent a large portion of the weekend loading it up and figuring out how best to configure it with all our camping stuff. When all was done, we still couldn't find the silverware, so that will remain one of life's great mysteries. We can't wait to take it out for its maiden camping voyage later this month.
