All is well, we got the camper home with no issues, the truck pulled it great the wind at times gave me a sick feeling. We already have our first camping trip scheduled one week from Friday at Friendship Village in Bedford.
It was very nice dealing with you and all the great people at Clem’s. I didn’t tell you this, but you and Brian where the only sales persons to approach us at the show, Jane and I looked at each venders product and walked in almost every camper but you guys where the only ones that came up and asked if we needed help and or information about the campers.
Very Nice Job.

I want to thank you for spending time with us at the rv show. As of right now my wife and I are going to wait a bit to buy a new rv. However the kodiak 255 is the rv we want and we do plan on purchasing one in the upcoming year. When that time comes we will be coming to clems, and we will be asking for you to make the sale. Thank you again for your undivided attention and courteous service. Feel free to send me your managers email so I can forward this message to he or she, so they know they have some excellent sales reps

We wanted to congratulate you on the dedicated employees you have and thank two of them for going above and beyond the call of duty.
On Saturday, April 12, our family set out, pulling our camper, headed for a mission trip to West Virginia. Although my husband had given the pickup and camper a thorough going-over before we left, by the time we reached the end of our road, the camper's brakes had stopped working.
My husband's preliminary attempts to fix the problem were unsuccessful, so we headed straight for Clem's. One employee came out and ran some tests and suggested a replacement part we needed. We purchased it and then drove over to Trader Horn to buy the materials needed to install it. At 2:55 p.m., we realized that the new part did not solve the problem, so we raced back over to Clem's knowing that you closed at 3.
Two employees, whose names we unfortunately can't recall, were kind enough to stay and help diagnose the real problem. Even though they couldn't perform the actual repairs because it would've taken too long, their help was invaluable in figuring out the problem. Back we went to Trader Horn for more supplies to correct the situation.
We thought those two kind employees might be interested to hear what Paul Harvey would call "the rest of the story."
My husband took a wild guess at how much wiring he would need at Trader Horn and requested 20 feet. The employee decided to throw in "a little extra." When my husband jury-rigged the camper brakes, he needed exactly 20 feet, but we kept the leftover wiring in the truck with us. Thankfully, the brakes worked perfectly the whole trip and we arrived safely at our destination, albeit 3 1/2 hours later than we'd planned.
As we got acquainted with the missionaries we were going to help, they asked what line of work my husband is in. When he said he works in the heating and air-conditioning industry, they both got very excited and asked if he'd take a look at the furnace in their community center, which hadn't worked all winter. Incredibly, the very thing that my husband needed to diagnose the furnace problem was that little bit of extra wiring left over from fixing the camper brakes! In order for you to understand what a huge blessing it was for us to have that wiring with us, you must grasp how remote of an area we were in. There was no cell phone service for 15 miles. The kids there ride the school bus for 1 1/2 hours. The nearest pizza place is 45 minutes away. It wasn't like we could just pop over to a hardware store and buy that wiring. Happily, that same wiring enabled my husband to jury-rig the furnace (which meant we had heat to take our showers!) until the new part arrived and he was able to fix it permanently.
As you can see, what originally looked like a potential trip-ending situation turned out to be a blessing in disguise. And we are grateful for the part your employees played in our successful mission trip.

We made it home around 9pm!! The trailer pulled great thanks to your wonderful staff setting my truck up. Y'all really went out of your way to get this done for us Saturday. I had know idea that the checkout process was so detailed. Your guys didn't leave one stone unturned even if that meant staying 4 hours after closing. Thanks so much for taking care of us. Clem's Rv and yourself gained a costumer for life.

Good morning Steve. I just wanted you to know what an excellent job Jon did yesterday with the orientation for my new 5th wheel. It took awhile but he was so very knowledgeable on every aspect of my new rig. He answered all my questions and handled them with clarity and humor. My exposure to Chris two weeks ago and Jon yesterday speaks volumes on the quality of service you can expect from Clems in Stafford. Kay Karstaedt

On March 17 we were there and picked out an awesome Forest River V-Cross and the help we received from Mike, Steve and Ted was wonderful. Ted talked to another employee and they went extra mile and delivered our new trailer over the holiday weekend. Ted worked with us and helped us get a better finance rate on the purchase. On March 31st we did a walk thru with Ryan and he explained to my husband what all the buttons are for. We are very pleased with Clems' and its employees. Keep up the great work.

I went there with the idea of looking at used trailers. Instead I found a new one for the same money and so many innovations. Very easy purchase. There was no pressure , and they were very willing to work with us on many things. Took the new unit out for “maiden voyage” and was very pleased. It was like Christmas finding all the new extras on this unit. Thanks Clems!!
